Background
Institutional real estate platforms maintain full analytical teams because the underwriting, modelling, and capital work behind every decision is too consequential to leave to assumption. Most owners, investors, and advisory firms outside those platforms don't have that team, and don't need one full-time. Burdock Advisory exists to close that specific gap.
Based in Panama City, Panama, Burdock Advisory operates with a significantly lower cost base than major North American advisory firms. That structural advantage passes directly to clients: the same institutional-calibre analysis, at a fraction of what a comparable engagement would otherwise cost. The credentials are the same. Founder
Matthew Litwin-Davies founded Burdock Advisory after building his career underwriting and analyzing institutional real estate at Colliers, Brookfield, and Fengate Asset Management. His work has included acquisition underwriting, portfolio-level financial analysis, and development feasibility modelling, alongside capital markets and LP capital formation experience. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School.
